Thank you for your interest in my property in San Diego/Del Mar/Carmel Valley. The rental rate includes all utilities, a deluxe cable package and high speed wireless Internet services. I also have extra linens, a full size front loading washer & dryer, a Canon printer/scanner, a two car garage and there are optional housekeeping services should you desire. The neighborhood is a very safe upscale area with plenty of restaurants, shopping and services, with several within walking distance. If you have a further interest in my home please contact me.
